I am available for commissioned pencil drawings.

Below are specifics and process for each type of drawings available 

 

Portraits

I draw portraits in Graphite pencil using photographs as a reference. The best drawings start with a good clear photo. My preference is digital photos that are clear when enlarged.

Botanicals and Other Subject Matter

I draw botanicals and other subject matter in Polychrome and Faber-Castell colored pencil. I use artist grade mixed media or toned paper.   Do you have a favorite botanical, subject or image you would like drawn? Email me and let's discuss.

 

4 Steps to Order your Drawing

1- Your photograph or subject and size request emailed to Sheri@artbysherizehr-obrien.com. 

I'll email you back with a quote. The best and clearest photos will provide the most accurate drawing

2 - Your deposit - A commission is secured by a 50% deposit of the artwork upon quote approval

3 - A progress image is sent for your approval or changes requested before continuing with the final drawing

4 - Final 50% due prior to shipping

5 - Packing and Shipping - Artwork is sandwiched between layers of protective tissue and foamcore and inserted into a rigid mailer. Shipping cost is determined at receipt of address.
